Terms & Conditions — aj999 Platform Rules & Player Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated aj999 platform policies:

• "Platform" or "aj999" refers to the online gaming website operated at aj999.ws, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the aj999 platform and is using any service offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player on the aj999 platform, through which all gaming, financial, and communication activities are conducted.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a Player's account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds unless specifically stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by aj999 to a Player's account, which are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must stake on eligible games before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that aj999 is required to conduct on all registered Players before processing withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations.
• "Operator" refers to the company that owns and operates the aj999 platform under an internationally recognised gaming licence.

By accessing the aj999 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service available on aj999.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time.

aj999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, aj999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notice. It remains the Player's responsibility to check this page periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Player and aj999 with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

To register and maintain an account on aj999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. aj999 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and conducts age verification at registration and at the point of first withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on aj999.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of aj999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law and where aj999 has formally restricted access.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from the aj999 platform or any platform operated by the same Operator.

During the KYC verification process, aj999 may request copies of government-issued identity documents (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on aj999. If a Player is found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their aj999 account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods enabled on the account. aj999 strongly recommends enabling 2FA from the account security settings.

You must never share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another Player's account under any circumstances. aj999 will treat all activity conducted through a Player's account as having been authorised by the account holder.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact aj999's customer support team immediately via live chat. aj999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account. However, aj999 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

aj999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• False or misleading information was provided during registration or KYC verification.
• The account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• aj999 is required to do so under applicable regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations.

In the event that an account is closed by aj999 for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method where technically possible. Bonus funds and pending bonus-derived winnings will not be returned.

aj999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the platform's banking page. As of the date of these Terms & Conditions, accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. This list is subject to change and Players should check the platform for the most current information.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment account belonging to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review. Any funds deposited via a third-party method may be confiscated pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed in the platform's banking section. These limits are set in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change at aj999's discretion.

• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the Player's account balance instantly upon successful confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the sending bank's processing time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by aj999's finance team, typically within 24 hours of submission. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are usually completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed subject to network confirmation times.
• KYC Prior to Withdrawal: aj999 reserves the right to require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed verification may experience delays. Submitting accurate documents promptly is the most effective way to avoid withdrawal hold-ups.

aj999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, some payment providers may apply their own transaction fees — Players should check with their payment provider for details. Any platform-side fees, where applicable, will be disclosed clearly before the transaction is confirmed.

aj999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are governed by these general Terms & Conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on the aj999 platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are awarded in bonus funds and are credited separately from real-money balances. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain uncleared at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically removed from the account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless aj999 explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes and for use on eligible games only. Certain game types, providers, or bet types may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations — these exclusions will be listed in the promotion-specific terms.
• aj999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus that has been claimed in error or as a result of a technical error on the platform.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, low-risk hedged betting designed to clear wagering requirements artificially, or collusion between Players — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account termination.

All games available on the aj999 platform — including live casino, slots, cricket betting, fishing games, and virtual casino products — are subject to their own game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

aj999 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, ensuring that outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by the platform or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in regulated studio environments and are subject to continuous monitoring.

In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on aj999's side, the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's balance.
• Winnings generated during a malfunctioning game session may be voided at aj999's discretion if the malfunction is determined to have materially affected the game outcome.
• aj999 is not liable for losses incurred by Players due to interrupted internet connections, device failures, or third-party network issues on the Player's side.

Cricket betting markets and other sports betting products are governed by additional sports-specific rules covering event cancellations, result disputes, market suspension, and void bet criteria. These rules are published in the sports betting section of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aj999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where required, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on aj999, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with aj999.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to make deposits or receive withdrawals.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on the platform without aj999's express written consent.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not considered valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, game operators, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform security measures.
• Using the aj999 platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gaming behaviour.
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or any other means of IP masking in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the aj999 platform or its associated software.

aj999 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have put in place a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming behaviour.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered aj999 Players free of charge from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of 24–72 hours when increased.

You confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose, that you are not gambling to recover previous losses, and that you are doing so of your own free will without coercion.

All content on the aj999 platform — including but not limited to the aj999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other platform elements — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the aj999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any platform content without prior written permission from aj999.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its software.
• Use the aj999 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context not expressly authorised in writing by aj999.
• Frame or mirror any part of the aj999 website on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of aj999's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

aj999's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering an account on aj999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aj999 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification (KYC), and ongoing account management.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and all financial transactions on the platform.
• Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and our international gaming licence obligations.
• Responsible gaming monitoring, including detecting patterns of potentially problematic gambling behaviour.
• Delivering customer support, responding to complaints, and resolving disputes.

Without limiting the foregoing, aj999's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their aj999 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aj999 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
• Any specific game outcome, odds, or result will be achieved.
• The platform will be compatible with all devices, browsers, or network configurations.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death and personal injury caused by aj999's negligence.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming licence.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions first through good-faith negotiation. Where negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as specified in aj999's gaming licence conditions.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent aj999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in any jurisdiction where such relief is available and necessary to protect aj999's intellectual property or confidential information.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
